Having spent six years in the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers, Mark moved into the commercial security industry where he specialised in managing the security requirements for high risk projects in hostile environments. He spent 8 years with Coopers & Lybrand as London Security Manager responsible for working with clients to design security policies that covered all business processes. He also oversaw the anti-terrorist programme during the bombing campaign in the UK during the early 1990s.
At Coopers & Lybrand Mark was responsible for 90 UK offices and over 22,000 UK and East European staff. He led the definition and execution of business risk management and incident response for the organisation and provided advice to the global security team. Since 2000 Mark has been working independently with his team of consultants and is widely sought after to provide support to a number of blue chip organisations. |
